In addition, our Clients are offered free telephone consultation after the inspection; our services do not expire.

we provide you with information so that you can make an educated decision on one of your largest investments, your home and so there are no "big surprises" after the contract is complete. We provide you with additional tools to ensure your choice is the right one for you.

Homeowners occasionally need to get an inspection to increase savings on insurance premiums. A satisfactory home inspection can be the difference of hundreds of dollars in annual premium savings! Consult with your insurance agent for details.
Our inspection assesses if there is moisture intrusion within walls, floors, ceilings and/or roofs and also includes an assessment of:

· Heating and Cooling Air Conditioning
· Plumbing / Plumbing Fixtures
· Insulation and Ventilation / Attic and/or crawl space
· Roof, Flashings, Chimney
· Ceilings, Walls and Floors
· Windows, Doors, Storm Covers (interior and exterior)
· Exterior, Grading, Driveways and Walkways
· Interior including appliances that are staying with the home.
· Phased home inspection (new build: we provide you with a punch list)
· Drone Inspection

We offer our 4-Point Inspection which inspects the roof, electric, plumbing, and air conditioning system. Your insurance company may want this report.
We offer also offer Wind Mitigation (Windstorm) reports which looks for construction features that have been shown to reduce losses in hurricanes, such as a hip roof (sloped on all sides like a pyramid); roof to wall connections that are installed with hurricane clips/straps such as toenail, clips, single wrap or double wrap. This inspection may give you discounts on your insurance premium. Having a roof that meets wind codes on your house would qualify it for the wind mitigation discount and possibly other insurance benefits. You will need to contact your insurance company to determine what these savings are.
