Home Concierge

We perform absentee home services that include a basic check of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as the overall condition of the home and property. Our home inspectors look at the house or condominium with a trained eye, making sure that everything is satisfactory. We look for leaks, pests and biological growth, all of which can be present in homes left alone for even the shortest interval.

Should our inspector find a potential problem, they will immediately notify you. From there, the issue can be resolved by either our inspector or remedy of your choice. By removing junk mail and flyers and creating a presence in the home, our service adds a level of security to the vacant home. Our service provides you a high level of comfort during your absence.

Having a visible presence in your absence may act as a crime deterrent. If you have an alarm service, we can provide representation and answer any alarm calls while you are away.
